Aetheron provides AI-based tools that generate analytical or creative outputs. Use of the platform constitutes agreement with the following:

• Components are provided “as is” with no guarantee of uptime or accuracy.
• Users retain ownership of their inputs and resulting outputs.
• All payments occur on-chain using USDC or $AETH. Aetheron never holds private keys or funds.

Privacy Policy

Aetheron collects minimal data solely to fulfill and verify purchases:

• Wallet address, transaction signature, and timestamp.
• Prompt/code input and generated output (temporarily for delivery).
• Basic usage logs for performance and abuse prevention.

We do not sell, rent, or permanently store personal data. All payments are handled directly through user wallets.

Aetheron’s AI modules produce informational and creative content — not financial, legal, or professional advice. All outputs should be reviewed and validated independently.

By using Aetheron, you acknowledge that all on-chain payments are final once confirmed and that Aetheron holds no responsibility for outcomes derived from model outputs.

Data Transparency

All transactions processed through Aetheron are verifiable on-chain via the X402 protocol. This ensures open auditability of payments and module calls.

• Each component execution is linked to a unique Solana transaction ID.
• Temporary data is automatically purged after successful delivery.
• Security reviews and audit summaries will be published for each release.

Governance & Contact

Aetheron is developed by an independent team building openly and progressively toward decentralized governance. Future iterations of the platform will introduce $AETH token governance, enabling community voting on roadmap priorities, component curation, and protocol fees.
